Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty home lets us clean inside cabinets, closets and under where furniture stood. If some items will still be there, tell us and we will scope the visit accordingly.
Can you clean after construction or a remodel?
Yes. Removing dust left by construction or moving is part of the service. For larger renovation projects, scope is confirmed per job. Tell us about the project.
Will the cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No cleaning company can promise that, because the decision belongs to your landlord. What we can promise is a thorough clean that presents the home at its best, following any checklist your lease provides.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as your move date is set. Move-out cleans are usually scheduled for the day after the movers leave, or the day before keys are returned. Contact us and we will find a time.
