Common questions
How often should I schedule a deep cleaning?
It depends on the home. Many clients book one before starting a recurring plan and then once or twice a year as a reset. If you have pets, young children or a busy kitchen, more often can make sense. We are happy to recommend a rhythm.
Does a deep cleaning include inside the oven and refrigerator?
They are available as optional extras on a Deep Cleaning and quoted with your plan. They are included as standard in Move In / Move Out Cleaning.
Do you move furniture?
We clean behind and under furniture that can be moved safely. Heavy or fixed pieces are cleaned around. Let us know if there is a specific spot you want reached and we will plan for it.
How long does it take?
Longer than a regular visit, since the team works through every detail. We include an estimated duration with your quote.
