Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a copy of their keys or set up a lockbox. We treat your home with the same care whether or not you are there.
Is House Cleaning the same as Regular Cleaning?
House Cleaning describes the room-by-room clean itself. Regular Cleaning is that same clean on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule. If you only need a single visit, ask for a Standard Cleaning.
What if something is missed?
Tell us. If anything is not up to your standards, we return and make it right at no additional charge.
